Spencer Walton (1850–1906), William C. Dix (1837–1898), William Williams (1717–1791). The digital text comes from the open-source worshipsongs database by mCruncher (Apache License 2.0); we kept only songs whose every credited writer is long out of copyright, and removed modern additions (such as a modern chorus added to “Amazing Grace”). Chords for “Amazing Grace” and “Blessed Assurance” were added by Free Tamil Christians.

Modern Tamil and English worship songs belong to their writers and publishers. Churches add those themselves and should hold a licence to project them, such as a CCLI Church Copyright Licence.

Privacy

The presenter runs in your browser. Your songs, setlists, settings, background images and history are stored on your own device (browser storage). We don’t use cookies, ads or analytics in the presenter.

Two optional features store data on this website’s server. Network room stores the current slide and look so another screen can follow; rooms are deleted after two days without use. Church space stores the songs and setlists you upload, protected by your passphrase (stored only as a secure hash). To delete a church space, upload an empty library or contact us through the site owner.
